Benching For Heroes hosted by Metal Militia is a charity event that occurs
every year in Glens Falls, NY. All proceeds from the
bench press competition go directly to veterans in need through the Adirondack Vet House. The Adirondack Vet House is a non-profit long-term housing facility for homeless veterans.
So far, we have raised over $10,000 for this cause. This year, we want to expand and make the event even more successful. Join us for a good cause and watch record breaking lifts! In the past, we’ve had world records broken - including a 1,000 bench press!
